Novamox Oral Suspension is an antibiotic medicine used to treat bacterial infections in children. It contains Amoxicillin, which belongs to the penicillin class of drugs. It works by inhibiting the formation of the bacterial cell wall (a protective covering) and causing damage to the bacterial cell wall. This eventually leads to the death of the bacterial cell and thus prevents the growth of bacterial infections. Common side effects of Novamox Oral Suspension may include indigestion, diarrhoea, nausea, and stomach pain.
