Seek prompt medical advice if the bleeding becomes heavy, prolonged, or is associated with pain or weakness.

If your periods don?t come within a few more days or this happens frequently, consult a gynecologist to check for causes like polycystic ovary syndrome or thyroid imbalance and get proper guidance.

Please advise getting pregnant if there has been a menstrual delay since August 13, 2016, and the pregnancy test was negative.
