Rantac MPS SF Elaichi Flavour Suspension is an antacid medicine used in the treatment of dyspepsia, flatulence (gas), acidity, bloating, and heartburn. This is a combination medicine which works by neutralising excess stomach acid and also decreases the surface tension of gas bubbles, thereby facilitating the expulsion of gas through flatus or belching. Common side effects include constipation, altered taste, bloating/gas, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting.
