R-Cinex 600 Tablet is used to treat tuberculosis in children. It contains Rifampicin, and Isoniazid. Rifampicin inhibits DNA-dependent RNA polymerase activity in the bacteria. Isoniazid inhibits the biosynthesis of mycolic acid, which is the major component of the cell wall. Together, they kill Mycobacterium tuberculosis, which causes TB (tuberculosis). Common side effects of R-Cinex 600 Tablet are nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, stomach pain, and loss of appetite.
