Risofos 35 Tablet is used to treat osteoporosis (weak and brittle bones) and Paget's disease of bone (soft and weak bones). It contains Risedronate sodium, which makes the bones strong and less likely to break. This medicine may cause side effects like nausea, indigestion, stomach pain/discomfort, diarrhoea and constipation.
