Spasmonorm Tablet is used to treat abdominal cramps or pain associated with various gastrointestinal conditions such as intestinal colic (blockage in the intestine), gallstones, kidney stones, menstrual cramps and inflammation of the pancreas. It contains Diclofenac and Camylofin which work by reducing the production of chemical substances that cause pain and inflammation and preventing sudden muscle contractions. This medicine may sometimes cause side effects such as stomach pain, heartburn, diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, indigestion, loss of appetite, headache, and dizziness. Inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
