Stayhappi Clobazam 5 Tab is used to treat epilepsy (fits) and severe anxiety over a short period. Also, it is used in combination with other medicines to treat schizophrenia (a mental illness). It prevents fits by stabilizing the electrical activity of nerve cells in the brain. Also, it calms nerve cells and helps in reducing anxiety and induces sleep. Some people may experience side effects such as restlessness, irritability, drowsiness, constipation, aggressive behaviour, tiredness or breathing problems. Before taking this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

Drowsiness

Get enough sleep. Maintain a regular sleep cycle.
Eat a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
Manage stress with yoga or meditation.

Tiredness

Drug-Drug Interaction: Stayhappi Clobazam 5 Tab may have interaction with high blood pressure-lowering medicines (nebivolol), pain killers (dihydrocodeine, morphine, codeine), antifungal drug (fluconazole), antipsychotics (pimozide, haloperidol, clozapine, chlorpromazine), sleeping pills (zolpidem), epilepsy or fits related drugs (phenytoin, clonazepam, carbamazepine, valproic acid, levetiracetam, lamotrigine, pregabalin), antidepressants (paroxetine, fluvoxamine, trazodone), antihistamines/antiallergics (diphenhydramine, chlorphenamine, promethazine), anti-anxiety drugs (lorazepam, diazepam, temazepam).

Drug-Food Interaction: Stayhappi Clobazam 5 Tab may interact with alcohol. Therefore, avoid intake of alcohol while taking Stayhappi Clobazam 5 Tab as it may increase side effects such as drowsiness, dizziness or difficulty in concentrating.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Do not take Stayhappi Clobazam 5 Tab if you have myasthenia gravis (muscle weakness), sleep apnoea (breathing stops and starts repeatedly), breathing or liver problems.
