It helps by inhibiting the DNA gyrase enzyme of the bacterial cell and thereby helps fight infection-causing bacteria. Sometimes, you may experience certain common side effects, such as redness in the eyes, blurred vision, burning or stinging sensation in the eye, and eye discomfort. Avoid driving vehicles or operating machines as it may cause temporary blurred vision.
