Synriam Tablet is used to treat malaria. It contains arterolane maleate and piperaquine phosphate which work by killing the parasite and stopping the infection from spreading. In some cases, this medicine may cause side effects such as nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, loss of appetite, indigestion, cough, dizziness, and headache. Before taking this medicine, inform the doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have any pre-existing medical conditions.
