VH-3 Vaginal Suppositories is used to treat vaginal infections caused by bacteria (bacterial vaginosis), yeast infection (candidiasis) and parasitic infections (trichomoniasis). It contains Clindamycin and Clotrimazole, which inhibit bacterial growth and kill fungi. It may cause common side effects such as burning sensation, irritation and itching. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions.

Breastfeeding-related hormonal changes may cause irregular periods, but they do not usually cause heavy discharge with irritation. The lower abdominal pain may suggest a possible pelvic infection that needs medical assessment. You should see a doctor for a pelvic examination and tests such as vaginal swabs, urine testing, and a pregnancy test to confirm the cause. Avoid self-treatment and seek medical care promptly, especially if the pain or discharge worsens.
