To improve, eat simple home-cooked food, increase fibre (fruits, vegetables, whole grains), drink plenty of water, and maintain regular meal timings; avoid fried, spicy foods and excess tea or coffee. Light daily exercise, like walking, can help improve digestion and bowel movements. If the problem continues beyond 1-2 weeks, or if you notice severe pain, weight loss, or blood in stools, consult a doctor for proper evaluation and treatment.
