Carniglo-M Tablet is a vitamin supplement used to treat magnesium (hypomagnesaemia) and carnitine deficiency. It is a combination medicine which helps replenish energy, regulates many bodily functions, helps maintain magnesium levels in the body, and normal functioning of muscles and nerves.
