  • Attach one of the 360 Deep Clean Brush Heads provided in the box onto the toothbrush handle.
  • Apply your preferred toothpaste onto the bristles of the Colgate Electric Toothbrush.
  • Place the bristles against your teeth at a slight angle towards your gums and turn on the toothbrush.
  • The built-in 2-minute timer with quadrant pacer will guide you to spend 30 seconds brushing each quadrant of your mouth.
  • Lightly glide the toothbrush across your teeth, letting the multi-directional sonic vibrations clean your teeth with up to 30,000 strokes per minute.
  • After 2 minutes, the toothbrush will automatically turn off indicating that you have brushed for the recommended time.
