Derobin Ointment is used to treat skin conditions like psoriasis and eczema. It helps to reduce swelling, itching, and redness and remove dead skin cells. It works by slowing down the production of skin cells. Also, it breaks down a protein known as keratin (that forms part of skin structure) which removes dead skin cell, peel dead cells of the skin, and softens skin. Some people may experience skin irritation or staining of the skin. Before using this medicine, you should tell your doctor if you are allergic to any of its components or if you are pregnant/breastfeeding, and about all the medications you are taking and pre-existing medical conditions. Avoid contact of this medicine with normal skin, nose, mouth, eyes, skin folds, or genitals. In case, it comes in contact with these areas accidentally, rinse with water thoroughly.
