I had a cbc blood test and discovered the hypochromia, microcytosis, and anisytosis described in rbc morphology. What does it mean?

Drug-Drug Interaction: HB Set Tablet may interact with medicines used to treat rheumatoid arthritis (penicillamine, sulfasalazine), blood cholesterol (cholestyramine), Parkinson's disease (levodopa, carbidopa), thyroid disease (thyroxine), bone disease (bisphosphonates), certain cancers (aminopterin, methotrexate), malaria (pyrimethamine), Wilson's disease (trientine), antibiotics (cotrimoxazole, chloramphenicol, tetracyclines).

Drug-Food Interaction: HB Set Tablet should not be taken along with alcohol, dairy products, and eggs as it might affect HB Set Tablet absorption in the body.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Inform your doctor if you have or ever had a stomach ulcer, vitamin B12 deficiency, any blood disorder, repeated blood transfusions, ulcerative colitis (inflammation of the colon), anaemia, folate tumour.

Do not discontinue the medication without consulting a doctor.
