I have been taking Ashwagandha tablets twice daily, one in the morning and one at night, for the past 8 days for erection problems. I also used Himcolin gel, but it has not improved my erections. Please advise me on what I should do next.

Ashwagandha tablets and Himcolin gel have limited scientific evidence for treating erectile dysfunction, and 8 days is too short to notice any real benefit. Please consult a doctor to identify possible underlying causes such as diabetes, high blood pressure, stress, or hormonal imbalance. Proven treatments, such as SIldenafil (Viagra), may be more effective and appropriate for you.
