- Once sterilised, fold the cup in half, forming a "U or C" shape.
- Find a comfortable position to relax your muscles – sitting, squatting, standing, or lying down – and gently insert the folded cup into your vagina.
- Release the cup once it's inside. It will unfold automatically, creating a leak-free seal.
- To remove, gently pull on the stem until you can reach the base of the cup. Pinch the base to release the seal and pull out.
- Empty the cup to rinse and store it in a clean pouch.
