Megaheal Spray treats and prevents infections in or around skin wounds, cuts, and scratches. This medicine attaches to proteins on the cell walls of bacteria, disrupts their DNA, hampers vital functions and damages microbial cell walls. Common side effects include a burning sensation and irritation at the application site. Avoid contact with eyes, ears, nose and mouth as it is an external preparation.

Hello doctor, I had an accident two months ago that severely injured my knees, making it impossible for me to walk for a week. I applied nebasulf sprinkling powder and betadine ointment for a few days, and I thought everything would be fine, but one part of the wound healed almost completely, while another part developed a bulge that was getting harder every day and hurting me. Please provide me your quick advice on how to heal my wound.

A painful, hard bulge at the old wound site after injury may be due to a localized infection, abscess, or scar tissue like Keloid or Abscess. Since it is painful and getting harder, it should not be ignored. Avoid pressing or applying random creams; you can continue gentle cleaning and use an antiseptic like Betadine, but the most important step is to consult a doctor soon, as it may need antibiotics or drainage if infected. Early treatment will prevent complications and help proper healing.
