Rejunex Capsule is used to treat vitamin and mineral deficiency. It contains alpha-lipoic acid and methylcobalamin, which replenish the body's stores of important nutrients. It may cause common side effects, such as nausea, skin rash, and itching. Drug-Drug Interaction: Rejunex Capsule may have interaction with anti-diabetic (metformin), antacids (omeprazole, Cimetidine, esomeprazole, famotidine, pantoprazole, rabeprazole, ranitidine),anti-hypertensive(amlodipine, lisinopril), antibiotic (chloramphenicol)

Drug-Food Interaction: Avoid using Rejunex Capsule with other herbal/health supplements that can also lower your blood sugar. This includes devil's claw, fenugreek, garlic, guar gum, horse chestnut, Panax ginseng, psyllium, and Siberian ginseng.

Drug-Disease Interaction: Rejunex Capsule may have interactions with disease conditions such as liver diseases and thyroid disorders.

How does the drug interact with Rejunex Capsule:
Coadministration of Rejunex Capsule with Chloramphenicol can impair absorption and increase the levels of Rejunex Capsule which can increase the risk or severity of side effects.

How to manage the interaction:
Taking Rejunex Capsule with Chloramphenicol together can possibly result in an interaction, it can be taken if your doctor has advised it. However, if you notice any symptoms of Vomiting, Diarrhoea, Nausea, Headache, or Loss of appetite, you should contact your doctor immediately. Do not stop using any medications without first talking to your doctor.
