  1. Wash and dry hands before handling the pad.
  2. Remove the pad from its wrapper.
  3. Peel off the adhesive backing paper.
  4. Place the sticky side onto the centre of the underwear with the wider end at the back.
  5. Fold and secure the wings around the sides.
  6. Wrap and discard after use.
