You are not recommended to take Bio-D3 Fem Capsule if you have hypercalcemia (high levels of calcium in the blood) as it may worsen the condition. However, the levels of calcium and vitamin D may be checked before starting treatment with Bio-D3 Fem Capsule .

Bio-D3 Fem Capsule may cause hypercalciuria (excess calcium in the urine) if used in excess doses. Therefore, to prevent such a condition, take Bio-D3 Fem Capsule in doses and for a duration as advised by a doctor.

You are not recommended to take Bio-D3 Fem Capsule with levothyroxine as co-administration of these two medicines at the same time may reduce the effectiveness of levothyroxine. However, if you are supposed to take both medicines, you are advised to maintain a time gap of a minimum of 4 hours between taking Bio-D3 Fem Capsule and levothyroxine.
