Ferronomic Tablet is used to treat iron deficiency and iron deficiency anaemia in pregnant women. It reduces the levels of hepcidin (iron-regulating hormone). Thereby, it increases iron absorption and thus refills iron stores. Also, it is used in the treatment of diarrhoea, stomach and intestinal ulcers, and hepatitis C. Lactoferrin helps to protect against viral and bacterial infections. Additionally, it may stimulate cells responsible for bone growth.
