Fillmin Tablet belongs to a group of nutritional supplements commonly used to treat nutritional deficiency.

Fillmin Tablet contains Mecobalamin, Folic acid, and Pyridoxine. Folic acid helps in the production of healthy red blood cells. Mecobalamin regulates body functions like cell growth, blood formation, and protein synthesis. It also prevents nerve damage by forming a protective layer (myelin) around the nerves. Pyridoxine is involved in protein, fat, and carbohydrate metabolism, the formation of red blood cells and neurotransmitters.

Fillmin Tablet may cause diarrhoea as a side effect. If you have diarrhoea, eat neutral foods and drink plenty of water. If you experience severe diarrhoea or detect blood in your stools, consult your doctor.
