Nuroday-H Tablet is used to treat and prevent nutritional deficiencies. A nutritional deficiency occurs when the body does not absorb or get enough nutrients from food. Nuroday-H Tablet supports cell growth and development, boosts the immune system, balances vitamin levels and mineral metabolism, and helps maintain a healthy central nervous system.
Nuroday-H Tablet is a combination of Mecobalamin, Pyridoxine hydrochloride, and Folic acid. Mecobalamin helps the proper functioning of the brain and nervous system, and it helps produce red blood cells. Pyridoxine helps boost metabolism and maintain healthy nerves and red blood cells. Folic acid is necessary for various bodily functions, such as the production of red blood cells.
In some cases, you may experience certain common side effects, such as stomach upset, bloating, diarrhoea, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, you are advised to talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.

Drug-Drug Interactions: Nuroday-H Tablet may have interaction with antibiotic (e.g. chloramphenicol), inorganic compound (e.g. arsenic trioxide), anti-diabetic (e.g. insulin, metformin), hormone (e.g. levothyroxine), anti-cancer (e.g. altretamine), anticonvulsants (e.g. phenobarbital, phenytoin), and anti-Parkinson’s (e.g. levodopa).
