Kinetozyme Tablet contains Rutoside, Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain. Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain are enzymes that have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. They reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation by increasing the blood supply to the affected area. Rutoside is an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent. It prevents further swelling and inflammation by neutralising the chemicals (free radicals) that cause cell damage. Thereby, Kinetozyme Tablet helps relieve pain and inflammation associated with osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis.
Kinetozyme Tablet is a combination medication that belongs to a class of drugs called 'analgesic' used to relieve musculoskeletal pain in the conditions of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It may also provide relief from acute (short-term) pain such as toothache, ear pain, throat pain, muscle ache, and backache.

You are not recommended to take Kinetozyme Tablet with warfarin as co-administration of these two medicines may slow down blood clotting and increase the risk of bleeding more easily. However, please consult a doctor before using Kinetozyme Tablet with other medicines.
You may have to stop taking Kinetozyme Tablet minimum 2 weeks before surgery as Kinetozyme Tablet may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. However, if you are about to undergo any surgery, inform your doctor that you are taking Kinetozyme Tablet .
Arthritis is a non-curable disease that can be managed. Kinetozyme Tablet does not cure arthritis but can relieve symptoms of arthritis-like joint pain and swelling.
Consult the doctor before taking Kinetozyme Tablet if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. Avoid taking Kinetozyme Tablet if you are allergic to pineapple, papain, fennel, carrot, fennel, and pollen. Tell your doctor if you are about to undergo any surgery; your doctor may advise you to stop taking Kinetozyme Tablet a minimum of 2 weeks before surgery as it may increase the risk of bleeding. Consult the doctor if you have blood pressure problems, kidney or liver problems, clotting or bleeding problems, infection, haematuria (blood in urine) or hematemesis (vomiting blood) or if you are taking Kinetozyme Tablet with painkiller, blood thinners, antibiotics and hypertension medications.
