Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's Substitute

Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's is a combination medication that belongs to a class of drugs called 'analgesic' used to relieve musculoskeletal pain in the conditions of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It may also provide relief from acute (short-term) pain such as toothache, ear pain, throat pain, muscle ache, and backache.

Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's contains Rutoside, Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain. Trypsin-chymotrypsin and Bromelain reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation by increasing the blood supply to the affected area. Rutoside prevents further swelling and inflammation by neutralizing the chemicals (free radicals) that cause cell damage.Â

Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's may be used to treat menstrual cramps. Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's is a pain killer that produces substances in the body against pain and swelling.

You are not recommended to take Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's with warfarin as co-administration of these two medicines may slow down blood clotting and increase the risk of bleeding more easily. However, please consult a doctor before using Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's with other medicines.

You may have to stop taking Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's minimum 2 weeks before surgery as Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's may increase the risk of bleeding during and after surgery. However, if you are about to undergo any surgery, inform your doctor that you are taking Rutovin-XL Tablet 10's.
