4 Shots Tablet contains sildenafil that works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, thereby allowing the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. 4 Shots Tablet also relaxes the blood vessels, increases blood supply to the lungs, and reduces the heart's workload.
