COPD is a group of lung diseases which includes emphysema (shortness of breath) and chronic bronchitis (inflammation of the lining of your bronchial tubes).

Acrollin M 200mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of Acebrophylline and Montelukast. Acebrophylline works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Montelukast blocks the leukotrienes (chemicals), thereby reducing inflammation and swelling in the nose.
