Acrollin M 200mg/10mg Tablet is a combination of Acebrophylline and Montelukast. Acebrophylline works by relaxing muscles and widening the airways of the lungs. Montelukast blocks the leukotrienes (chemicals), thereby reducing inflammation and swelling in the nose.
