ALDOSMIN 500MG TABLETS is primarily used to treat conditions like varicose veins, swelling in the arms or legs (lymphedema), and piles (also known as hemorrhoids).
ALDOSMIN 500MG TABLETS contains diosmin and hesperidin. Collectively, it works by blocking the chemical messengers (prostaglandins, thromboxane A2) responsible for causing inflammation (swelling), improving blood flow to blocked veins, and reducing inflammation in the swelled-up veins.
You may sometimes experience diarrhoea, dyspepsia (indigestion), nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects of ALDOSMIN 500MG TABLETS do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist, contact your doctor.
Do not take ALDOSMIN 500MG TABLETS if you are allergic to any of its ingredients. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding or have a kidney, heart, or liver problem, please inform your doctor before starting ALDOSMIN 500MG TABLETS . ALDOSMIN 500MG TABLETS should not be taken for more than 3 months.
