• Manages Testosterone Deficiency: Androfast Gel 80 gm helps restore low testosterone levels in men and relieves associated symptoms such as low libido (reduced sex drive), fatigue, mood swings, decreased muscle mass, and reduced bone density.
• Treats Primary Hypogonadism (Acquired or Congenital): Androfast Gel 80 gm is effective in treating conditions where the testes do not produce enough testosterone due to genetic disorders or injuries.
• Treats Hypogonadotropic Hypogonadism: Androfast Gel 80 gm is used when testosterone deficiency is caused by problems in the brain (hypothalamus or pituitary gland), which fail to stimulate the testes to produce testosterone.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safety.
• Clean and dry the area of application. Apply Androfast Gel 80 gm on the upper arms, shoulders, and/or abdomen skin. After the gel has dried, cover the application site with clothing.
• Wash your hands immediately with soap and water after using Androfast Gel 80 gm.
• Do not apply Androfast Gel 80 gm to other body parts such as the chest, back, armpits, knee or genitals.

Inform your doctor if you have high blood pressure, heart problems, high red blood cell count or haemoglobin/haematocrit levels, enlarged prostate, liver or kidney problems, migraine, sleep apnoea (breathing problem while sleeping), hypercalcemia (high calcium levels), hypercalciuria (excess calcium in the urine) or oedema. Androfast Gel 80 gm is not recommended for children below 18 years as safety and effectiveness have not been established. Virilisation (female develops characteristics associated with male hormones) have been reported in children who were secondarily exposed to testosterone gel.
