Arimidex 1 Tablet is used to treat breast cancer in postmenopausal women. Breast cancer is a type of cancer that develops in breast cells stimulated by the female sex hormone known as estrogen.
Arimidex 1 Tablet works by blocking the aromatase enzyme, which is involved in producing the estrogen hormone. Hence, by blocking the aromatase enzyme, Arimidex 1 Tablet prevents the growth of cancer cells.
