Arkafix 100mg Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called centrally acting alpha-agonist hypotensive agents indicated in the treatment of Tourette's syndrome, attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and sleep onset disorder (difficulty getting to sleep).

Arkafix 100mg Tablet contains 'Clonidine' that helps reduce the frequency and severity of tics in children with Tourette's syndrome. It reduces hyperactive symptoms in children with ADHD. In children with sleep disorders, it helps them fall asleep.

In some cases, Arkafix 100mg Tablet may cause side effects such as dizziness, tiredness, dry mouth, and constipation. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, if the side effects persist or worsen, consult your doctor.

Let your doctor know if your child is allergic to any components in Arkafix 100mg Tablet. Inform your doctor if your child has heart problems, bradyarrhythmia (slow heart rate), depression, constipation, liver or kidney problems. If your child is on any other medications, including vitamin/mineral supplements or herbal products, tell your doctor.
