Before the first use, press the pump a few times until an even spray is released. • Insert the tip of the bottle into a nostril while closing the other nostril and spray the medicine into your nose. Keep your head straight and breathe gently. Repeat the same process for the other nostril.• If Arzep Nasal Spray accidentally gets sprayed into your mouth or eyes, rinse with water thoroughly.
