A heart attack occurs when your coronary arteries (blood vessels supplying blood and oxygen to the heart) become blocked due to the buildup of fats (plaque), including cholesterol.

Avas CV 40 Tablet 10's is a combination of Atorvastatin and Clopidogrel. Atorvastatin blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to make good cholesterol. Clopidogrel works by decreasing the production of clots, which is harmful to the body.

Not everyone who is taking Avas CV 40 Tablet 10's will get these side effects. You may sometimes experience headaches, ankle swelling (oedema), slow heart rate, dizziness, and nausea. • Treatment of Hyperlipidemia: Avas CV 40 Tablet 10's is used to treat hyperlipidemia by lowering cholesterol levels, particularly LDL (bad) cholesterol.
• Prevention of Heart Attacks: Avas CV 40 Tablet 10's helps to prevent heart attacks by inhibiting platelet aggregation, reducing the risk of blood clots.
• Stroke Prevention: Avas CV 40 Tablet 10's helps prevent strokes by reducing platelet aggregation, thereby decreasing the risk of clot formation in blood vessels.
