About Azneten Plus Tablet

Azneten Plus Tablet belongs to the group of anti-diabetic medicines used to treat type-2 diabetes mellitus. Type-2 diabetes mellitus is also known as non-insulin-dependent diabetes or adult-onset diabetes. It is a condition in which the blood glucose levels are above normal.

Azneten Plus Tablet contains Pioglitazone and Teneligliptin. Pioglitazone increases the body’s sensitivity to insulin, and teneligliptin decreases the release of hormones that raise blood sugar levels and increases the release of insulin from the pancreas. Together, Azneten Plus Tablet helps treat type-2 diabetes mellitus.

What if I have taken an overdose of Azneten Plus Tablet

In the event of an overdose, it is reasonable to employ the usual supportive measures, e.g., removing unabsorbed material from the gastrointestinal tract, employing clinical monitoring (including obtaining an electrocardiogram), and instituting supportive therapy if required. So, please go to the emergency department of the closest hospital or call a doctor right away.

Drug Warnings

Do not take Azneten Plus Tablet if you are allergic to any of its components. Inform the doctor if you have kidney or liver problems, heart failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, congestive heart failure, heart attack or stroke, eye problems, or bladder cancer.
