Biofung+ Ear Drops 5 ml is a combination medicine used to treat an ear infection. An ear infection mainly occurs when bacteria or other microbes infect the middle ear (air-filled space behind the eardrum).

Biofung+ Ear Drops 5 ml contains Beclometasone (corticosteroid), Clotrimazole (antifungal), and Ofloxacin (antibiotic) as active ingredients. This medicine works by inhibiting the growth of microbes (bacteria and fungi) that are responsible for the spread of infection.

Biofung+ Ear Drops 5 ml may cause certain side effects, such as ear discomfort, discharge, and irritation at the application site. Inform your doctor if these effects persist or worsen. Use Biofung+ Ear Drops 5 ml as prescribed by your doctor.

• Symptom Relief: Biofung+ Ear Drops 5 ml provides relief from symptoms like pain, itching, redness, and swelling in the ear.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication, to improve effectiveness.
• Lie on your side with the affected ear facing up. Hold the dropper above the ear and put in the prescribed number of drops. If needed, repeat for the other ear.
• Biofung+ Ear Drops 5 ml is only for otic use.

Biofung+ Ear Drops 5 ml is used to treat ear infections. It consists of Beclometasone, Clotrimazole, and Ofloxacin. Beclometasone works by blocking the production of prostaglandins (chemical messengers) that make the affected area red, swollen and itchy. Clotrimazole inhibits fungi growth by causing damage to the fungal cell membrane. Ofloxacin inhibits the bacterial DNA gyrase, an enzyme required for the replication, transcription and repair of the DNA.
