Brimorx Eye Drop 5 ml is used alone or in combination with other medicines to lower increased eye pressure in conditions such as ocular hypertension and glaucoma. Glaucoma is an eye disease in which the optic nerve is damaged. This damaged nerve causes an abnormal increase in eye pressure and can result in permanent vision loss.

Brimorx Eye Drop 5 ml contains Brimonidine tartrate that works by decreasing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye). Thereby, Brimorx Eye Drop 5 ml helps in reducing eye pressure.

In some cases, Brimorx Eye Drop 5 ml may cause common side effects such as watery eyes, irritation, abnormal taste, and abnormal vision. Most of these side effects of Brimorx Eye Drop 5 ml are temporary, do not require medical attention, and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, consult your doctor.

• Treats Open-Angle Glaucoma: Brimorx Eye Drop 5 ml helps lower intraocular Pressure (elevated eye pressure) in patients with open-angle glaucoma by reducing the production of aqueous humour (fluid in the eye).
• Manages Ocular hypertension: Brimorx Eye Drop 5 ml is used to lower elevated eye pressure in patients with ocular hypertension, helping prevent optic nerve damage, vision loss, and progression to glaucoma.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safe and effective use.
• Lie down and tilt your head backwards. Pull your lower eyelid gently with your index finger to form a pocket. Instil the number of drops advised by the doctor into the pocket of the lower eyelid. Close your eyes for 1-2 minutes.
• Brimorx Eye Drop 5 ml is for ophthalmic use only. Not for injection.
• Avoid touching the dropper's tip to avoid contamination.
• Discard the solution, if it becomes cloudy or dark brown.
