Cadilose Enema contains 'lactulose', which works by softening stools and making it easier to pass. Besides this, it also reduces the amount of ammonia in the blood of patients with liver disease, thereby facilitating the removal of toxins from the body.

In some cases, Cadilose Enema may cause side effects such as diarrhoea, flatulence (wind), abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and resolve over time. However, talk to your doctor if the side effects persist.

• Treat Constipation: Cadilose Enema is used to soften stool and promote bowel movements, providing relief from constipation symptoms.
• Manage Hepatic Encephalopathy: Cadilose Enema reduces ammonia levels in the blood by promoting its excretion through the gut, helping to prevent or treat episodes of hepatic encephalopathy.

• Follow your doctor's instructions on the dosage and timing of this medication to ensure safe and effective use.
• Shake the bottle well and remove the protective shield from the tip.
• Lie down on your left side and raise your right knee to your chest, or kneel and lean forward so that the head and chest are resting comfortably. Insert the enema bottle into the rectum with the tip pointing towards the navel. Squeeze the bottle gently until it is empty. Remove the bottle from the rectum and wash your hands thoroughly.

• Cadilose Enema contains Lactulose, a laxative which treats constipation by drawing water into the bowel.
