About Ceflet CV Dry Syrup

Ceflet CV Dry Syrup is used to treat various bacterial infections such as pharyngitis/tonsillitis (throat infections), otitis media (ear infections), sinusitis (infection of the sinuses), gonorrhoea (sexually transmitted disease), Lyme disease, septicaemia (bloodstream infection), meningitis (inflammation of the brain and spinal cord), lower respiratory tract, skin, urinary tract, bone, and joint infections.

Ceflet CV Dry Syrup is a combination of two antibiotics: Cefuroxime (cephalosporin antibiotic) and Clavulanic acid (beta-lactamase inhibitor). Cefuroxime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial cell covering, which is necessary for their survival. Thus, it kills the bacteria. Clavulanic acid works by decreasing bacterial resistance and enhancing the activity of cefuroxime against the bacteria. Together, Ceflet CV Dry Syrup helps to treat bacterial infections.

Take Ceflet CV Dry Syrup with or without food. The dose and duration of Ceflet CV Dry Syrup can vary depending on your condition and the severity of the infection. In some cases, you may experience specific common side effects, such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting.
