About Cfuro CV Dry Syrup
Cfuro CV Dry Syrup is used to treat various bacterial infections such as pharyngitis/tonsillitis, otitis media (ear infections), sinusitis (infection of the sinuses), gonorrhoea (sexually transmitted disease), septicaemia (bloodstream infection), meningitis (inflammation of the brain and spinal cord), lower respiratory tract, skin, urinary tract, bone, and joint infections.
Cfuro CV Dry Syrup is a combination of cefuroxime and clavulanic acid. Cefuroxime works by preventing the formation of the bacterial cell covering. Clavulanic acid works by decreasing bacterial resistance and enhancing the activity of cefuroxime against the bacteria.
In some cases, you may experience specific common side effects, such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain, nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects do not require medical attention and will resolve gradually over time. However, talk to your doctor if you experience these side effects persistently.
Before starting Cfuro CV Dry Syrup, please inform your doctor if you have any allergies (to any antibiotic), kidney or liver problems. Do not take Cfuro CV Dry Syrup on your own, as self-medication can lead to antibiotic resistance, where antibiotics fail to act against specific bacterial infections. Consult your doctor before taking Cfuro CV Dry Syrup if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant.
