• Lie on your back with your knees bent and drawn up slightly toward your chest.
• Gently insert the vaginal suppository or pre-filled cream applicator as far into the vagina as it will comfortably go.
• Release the suppository or gently press the plunger of the applicator to release the cream, then slowly remove the applicator.
• Wash your hands again immediately after use.
