Cynq DS 0.1% w/v Eye Drops 5 ml used in the treatment of Dry eyes. The detailed use of Cynq DS 0.1% w/v Eye Drops 5 ml is as follows:

• Treatment of Dry Eye Disease: Cynq DS 0.1% w/v Eye Drops 5 ml used to treat dry eye disease and keratoconjunctivitis sicca by increasing tear production, reducing inflammation, and alleviating symptoms like dryness, irritation, and discomfort.

• Cynq DS 0.1% w/v Eye Drops 5 ml helps stimulate the eye's natural ability to produce tears, especially in patients with chronic dry eye disease.
• It provides long-term relief for patients who do not respond adequately to artificial tears.
• Cynq DS 0.1% w/v Eye Drops 5 ml decreases inflammation associated with dry eye syndrome and other ocular surface diseases.
• It helps restore a healthy tear film and improves comfort and vision.
• Cynq DS 0.1% w/v Eye Drops 5 ml is used in managing severe cases of keratitis (inflammation of the cornea), particularly when caused by underlying immune-mediated conditions.

• Follow your doctor’s instructions regarding the dosage and duration.
• Gently pull down your lower eyelid to create a pocket. Instill the prescribed number of drops into your eye, and close your eyes for 1-2 minutes to allow the medication to be absorbed.
• Do not touch the dropper tip to your eye or any surface to avoid contamination.

• Wash your hands regularly. Avoid touching the eyes with dirty hands. 
• Avoid rubbing the eyes.
• Avoid sharing eye-makeup such as eyeliner, mascara or kohl.
• Always use clean towels or tissues to wipe your eyes and face.
• Regularly wash and change the pillowcases.

• Avoid staring at digital screens for longer durations. Rest your eyes every 20 minutes.

• Drive only if your vision is clear, as Cynq DS 0.1% w/v Eye Drops 5 ml may cause temporary blurred vision immediately after use.
• If you have or had an eye infection, inform your doctor before using Cynq DS 0.1% w/v Eye Drops 5 ml.
• You are recommended to maintain a time gap of 15 minutes between using other eye medicines and Cynq DS 0.1% w/v Eye Drops 5 ml.
• Discard the bottle after 4 weeks of first opening to prevent infections.
