• Use lukewarm water: Avoid hot showers or baths, as hot water strips natural oils from your skin and can worsen itching and dryness.
• Choose gentle skin products: Use mild, soap-free cleansers and avoid skincare products containing alcohol, artificial fragrances, or dyes.
• Wear loose, breathable clothing: Choose soft fabrics like 100% cotton to prevent skin friction and irritation.
