Dezoflav Tablet 18's contains diosmin and hesperidin. Collectively, it works by blocking the chemical messengers (prostaglandins, thromboxane A2) responsible for causing inflammation (swelling), improving blood flow to blocked veins, and reducing inflammation in the swelled-up veins.
You may sometimes experience diarrhoea, dyspepsia (indigestion), nausea, and vomiting. Most of these side effects of Dezoflav Tablet 18's do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects persist, contact your doctor.
