E-Dox DT Tablet is a combination medicine used to manage inflammatory bowel diseases such as colitis. It may also be used to treat bacterial infections. Colitis is the inflammation of the mucosal lining of the colon/large intestine, generally caused by infections.
E-Dox DT Tablet contains Doxycycline and Saccharomyces boulardii. Doxycycline inhibits bacterial growth and has anti-inflammatory effects. Saccharomyces boulardii prevents the growth of harmful bacteria in the intestines and stomach.
