About Emcure UTH G75 Powder

Emcure UTH G75 Powder is used to treat low blood sugar levels. The powder form is used for screening gestational diabetes mellitus. Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) occurs when blood glucose (sugar) drops below a healthy range. The common symptoms include sweating, extreme tiredness, hunger, paleness, rapid heart rate, lack of concentration, irritability or anxiety.

Emcure UTH G75 Powder contains Dextrose, a simple sugar that works by quickly increasing blood sugar levels and helps to treat low blood sugar in diabetic patients.

You are advised to use Emcure UTH G75 Powder for as long as your doctor has recommended based on your medical condition. It usually does not cause any side effects.   • It is advised to check your sugar 1 to 2 hours before exercise and if it is too low, eat a carbohydrate-rich snack or a small meal.

Gestational diabetes:

  • It is recommended to perform 30 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic exercise 5 to 7 days per week.
  • Include carbohydrate foods such as brown rice, whole grains, starchy vegetables, low-sugar fruits, beans, peas, lentils and other legumes.
  • Take good sources of protein such as fish (tuna and swordfish to be avoided), poultry, lean meats and tofu.
