Entofoam 10% Foam 20.8 gm is used as adjunctive therapy in the treatment of ulcerative proctitis. Ulcerative proctitis is a type of ulcerative colitis that causes inflammation of the lining tissue of the inner rectum.

Entofoam 10% Foam 20.8 gm contains Hydrocortisone, a steroid that inhibits the production of certain chemical messengers in the body that cause redness and swelling. 

Use Entofoam 10% Foam 20.8 gm as prescribed. You are advised to use Entofoam 10% Foam 20.8 gm for as long as your doctor has recommended it for you based on your medical condition. Sometimes, Entofoam 10% Foam 20.8 gm may cause side effects such as irregular periods, unexpected flattening of the neck, face, and body, dusky complexion with purple patches, hair starting to grow on the body (women), or itching. If you experience any of these side effects, consult your doctor.
