Ereva Effervescent Tablet is used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men. Ereva Effervescent Tablet belongs to the group of medicines called phosphodiesterase type-5 (PDE 5) inhibitors primarily used to treat erectile dysfunction (impotence) in adult men. Erectile dysfunctionis the inability to keep a hard and erect penis suitable for sexual intercourse.

Ereva Effervescent Tablet contains sildenafil, which works by relaxing the blood vessels in the penis, thereby allowing the blood to flow into the penis when the person is sexually excited. 

Not everyone who is taking Ereva Effervescent Tablet will get these side effects. The possible side effects of Ereva Effervescent Tablet may include headache, nausea, dizziness, indigestion and stomach upset. Most of these side effects of Ereva Effervescent Tablet do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.

Take Ereva Effervescent Tablet as advised. Your physician will decide the dosage based on your medical condition. You can take Ereva Effervescent Tablet with or without food. It is advised not to take more than the recommended dose of Ereva Effervescent Tablet .

No, do not take Ereva Effervescent Tablet with nitrates. Taking Ereva Effervescent Tablet with medicines used to treat angina/chest pain such as nitrates/nitroglycerin may cause severe lowering of blood pressure. Consult your doctor if you have a history of heart attack/stroke.

Ereva Effervescent Tablet may cause low blood pressure leading to dizziness on standing. If you experience this, do not try to stand up suddenly or start walking; instead, lie down and get up slowly only when you feel better.

You can take Ereva Effervescent Tablet with or without food. However, if you take sildenafil with a high-fat meal, it will take longer for the medication to start to work. therefore, you are advised to take Ereva Effervescent Tablet with light meals.
