Esentra 120 mg Injection may also be used to reduce the risk of fractures in people with multiple myeloma, giant cell tumour of the bone, and to treat high calcium levels caused by cancer.
 
Esentra 120 mg Injection contains Denosumab, which works by blocking a receptor in the body that causes bone loss, thereby treating bone loss. Esentra 120 mg Injection treats giant cell tumour of bone (GCTB) by blocking certain receptors in the tumour cells, thereby slowing the growth of the tumour.
