Espin TM Tablet is used to treat hypertension (high blood pressure). Hypertension is a condition characterised by increased blood pressure within blood vessels.
Espin TM Tablet is a combination of S-Amlodipine and Telmisartan. S-amlodipine works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels. Telmisartan lowers blood pressure and increases blood flow by preventing blood vessel narrowing.
You may experience certain side effects, such as dizziness, stomach pain, nausea, constipation, double vision, muscle cramps, and low blood pressure.
